Processing + Production Time
Every piece is made when you order it. No mass production. No shortcuts.. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
This allows us to reduce waste and create each piece specifically for you.
Shipping Times (After Production)
Estimated delivery times after your order ships:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Multiple Shipments
Because items may be produced at different facilities, your order may arrive in separate packages.
Delays
Occasionally, production or shipping delays may occur (especially during high demand periods). We appreciate your patience—we’re making your gear just for you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Gunde is not responsible for packages marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us if you need help.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
